As a result of continued organic growth, we're seeking a Team Leader or Senior Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist) to join their Gold Coast (Southport) team.
The Role
Provide training & coaching to one Rehabilitation Consultant & more team members as the team grows Manage a caseload predominantly within the WorkCover QLD scheme Deliver workplace rehabilitation, RTW & injury management services Complete initial, workplace, ergonomic & functional assessments Build strong relationships with employers, insurers, injured workers & treating practitioners Identify barriers to recovery & develop practical RTW solutions Achieve positive recovery, engagement & return to work outcomes Contribute to a collaborative & supportive team workplace Travel to visit clients around the Gold Coast - Burleigh, Currumbin & Coomera areas - referrals shared between the team & allocated as close to your home as possible The Benefits Salary $*******K + Super Incentive program with significant earning potential Structured onboarding program with dedicated support Transparent career progression framework - clear pathways to leadership Ongoing mentoring,
