Mercy Health is seeking a casual Residential Aged Care qualified to provide resident-focused and clinical care at Mercy Place Ballarat. This casual role covers weekends and weekdays across morning, afternoon and night shifts, offering variety and real hands-on contribution to our aged care team.
You will lead and collaborate with carers and nurses, undertake assessments and documentation to high standards, and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
