Our development has been exceptionally well received, with strong buyer enquiry and our final stages have now been released.
This is a rare chance to step into an established, busy display home with genuine sales momentum already underway to support our current sales team.

Your role:
You will be the face of our display home, guiding buyers through their first visit through to contract.
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming visitors to the display home
Presenting our premium townhomes with confidence and enthusiasm
Qualifying buyers and nurturing sales opportunities
Following up enquiries and online leads
Negotiating and preparing Queensland property contracts
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to sale
About you:
Current Queensland Real Estate Licence
Proven residential property sales experience
Robust understanding of Queensland contracts
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A professional, confident and self-motivated approach
A genuine passion for helping people find their new home
Hubspot CRM knowledge an advantage
