About the role:
We have aPermanent Part Time Shift lineavailable -Wed to Sat************) - please only apply if you are committed to PM shifts on these days.
Please do not apply if you have less than 2 years experience in an ENM role or are still studying.
Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and support Registered Nurses in their role to promote a harmonious team approach to the delivery of resident care at Uniting AgeWell –Box Hill
Deliver high quality, person centered care to residents and families, including consideration for cultural, spiritual and individual needs




Provide nursing care to residents with complex needs such palliative care, dementia support, restorative care and pain management to enhance their wellbeing
To support nursing staff regarding assessment and care planning processes, documentation and evaluation of care outcomes
Analyse risk, implement strategies and participate in clinical handover with Registered Nurses
Promote a harmonious team approach by acting as a role model in coordinating daily routines and adhering to safe practice measures in medication management in consultation with the Registered Nurses
About you:
You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents to support them to live life to their potential!
Current registration with AHPRA as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Div 2)
Must have at least 2years experience as an ENM in residential aged care (essential)
Experience with dementia care and palliative care support (desired)
Proficiency in decision making, critical analysis and on the spot problem solving
Demonstrated abilities to delegate and prioritise in a fast paced workplace with exemplary communication skills in a team and one on one interactions with all levels of care partners
Available and committed to work in the above mentioned roster vacancies

Essentials for working in Aged Care:
A currentWorking With Children Check card (employee version)
Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
