About the Centre
The Macleod Recreation Centre is a facility that offers a wide variety of programs for all.
The centre comprises of a fully equipped gymnasium (electronic cardio equipment, machine weights and free weights), Group Fitness, fully equipped Gymnastic facility, Dance studio, 2 program rooms (used for a variety of programs and services), basketball court and tennis courts.
About the role
As a Gymnastics Team Leader at Macleod Recreation & Fitness Centre you will manage and lead teams of employees in Gymnastics program areas and ensure that the delivery of the programs and services meets agreed standards.
You will lead, inspire, and motivate teams through clear and achievable team goals and support high standards of implementation of Policies and Procedures.
Gymnastics leaders may assist the Manager by working as part of the Manager on Duty roster, where they provide support to customers and staff across all areas of the facility, and may act as a delegate of the Manager.
This is a permanent part-time role with an hourly rate of $***** per hour + super + Y Benefits.

We are seeking a motivated, organised and pro‐active Gymnastics Team Leader to come and join the team.
You will have strong interpersonal skills,



a positive attitude and a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children, young people and all facility users.
Essential Qualifications
Beginner Coaching Accreditation or Fundamentals of Gymnastics Accredidation with Gymnastics Victoria
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
