About the Role
Provide high-quality, person-centred and recovery-oriented mental health nursing care.
Build therapeutic relationships with consumers,
families and carers.
Complete comprehensive mental health and risk assessments.
Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Promote dignity, independence, safety and consumer recovery.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement activities.

About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
A postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing, or equivalent, is preferred.
Demonstrated mental health nursing experience, ideally a minimum of two years.
Strong knowledge of recovery-oriented and contemporary mental health practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of relevant legislation, professional standards and clinical governance requirements.
