1Recruit International on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to lead internal trades on a flagship high-rise stage of a $2.5B mixed-use precinct. Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, you will drive the finishes stage, coordinate trades, sequencing, and delivery milestones, while ensuring premium quality and WHS compliance on a busy multi-trade site.
This is a long-term developer-led project with exposure to luxury residential, hotel and commercial components.
