Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) seeks a Special Counsel to support the General Counsel in delivering specialist in‐house legal services.
The role covers contract and commercial law, public law, procurement, property, IT, IP, debt recovery, privacy and FOI, risk and compliance, advocacy, and statutory interpretation, with close collaboration to FRV's Executive Leadership Team.
You will provide expert advice, draft and review agreements, and coordinate internal and external legal resources.
