HammondCare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator on a fixed-term 12-month, part time basis (2 days per week) in the Palliative Care Unit at Neringah Hospital. You will deliver education programs for staff to enable high-quality, customer-focused care, in partnership with the Nursing Unit Manager, CNC, HammondCare Health Education Lead and other clinical managers.
HammondCare is a NSW Health-affiliated organisation; transferrable NSW Health entitlements will be recognised.
