We're seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to become part of our high-performing multidisciplinary team.

As the Registered Nurse, you will:
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient-centred care Recognise and respond to clinical changes
Engage patients/carers and support safe discharge/transfer Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice

You We're looking for a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Successful completion of a Graduate Nurse Program or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience working in an Emergency Department.
Demonstrated knowledge and clinical skills to assess patient needs, develop and document person-centred care plans, and coordinate safe, effective and timely discharge or transfer.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while responding confidently and flexibly to changing clinical priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, families and colleagues.
A strong commitment to person-centred care, cultural safety, evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
