We are seeking full-timeDeputy Directors of Nursing (DDON)to join our management team at Turramurra House Nursing Home and Northern Sydney Region as we prepare for an exciting new chapter.
This role is ideal for an experienced DDON/Care Manager, or Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) ready to take the next step into senior leadership.

About the Role
Working closely with the Director of Nursing, the DDON will support the clinical, operational and people management functions of the home.
You will be based atTurramurra House, located at34 Curagul Road Turramurra NSW ****and your hours of employment will be from 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Additional DDON opportunities are open across our facilities in the Northern Sydney Region.
Key responsibilities include
Assisting the DON with planning, organising, directing and managing clinical services
Supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for residents
Demonstrated experience in clinical education, coaching and staff development
Providing leadership and guidance to nursing teams
Assisting with clinical governance,



accreditation preparation and continuous improvement activities
Supporting workforce capability, performance, and engagement
Contributing to budget management while maintaining resident care standards
This is a hands-on leadership role with the benefit of a structured and supported onboarding period.
About YOU
We are looking for someone with theright attitude, leadership potential and commitment to quality care.
Current registration and license to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA (Essential)
Experience in aged care in a leadership or senior clinical role (desirable)
Candidates new to aged care leadership are welcome
Demonstrated leadership capability (DDON experience highly regarded but not essential)
Strong communication, organisation and people-management skills
Demonstrated experience in clinical education, coaching and staff development
A collaborative, calm and solutions-focused approach
A genuine desire to grow, learn and progress into senior leadership
Able to provide direction and motivate a multi-disciplinary team with a passion to deliver exceptional care and service to the elderly.
Ability to ensure that all clinical staff are compliant with code of ethics and legal requirements.
