Business Manager Cadet / Business Manager Assistant
to join our team working alongside our experienced Business Manager at our Dandenong location to help our customers across the 4 Melbourne Harley-Davidson & Ducati dealerships with their Finance, Warranty, and Insurance needs.
About the Role
Assist customers through the finance and insurance process.
Help prepare finance applications and supporting documentation.
Build robust relationships with customers, lenders, and dealership staff.
Present finance, insurance, warranty products.
Ensure all compliance and dealership processes are completed accurately.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from purchase through to delivery.
Learn every aspect of dealership Business Management with ongoing training and mentoring.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly motivated with a positive attitude.

Confident communicating with people from all backgrounds.
Results-driven with excellent attention to detail.
Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
Previous automotive experience is an advantage, but it's not essential. We value attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn above all else.
