Medmate is seeking a Senior Medical Receptionist to join our telehealth-focused clinic at the Richmond head office.
The role is full time (38 hours/week) with Monday–Friday 9am–5pm schedules, supporting virtual care services and patient navigation.
You will be the first contact for patients, coordinate appointments, maintain records, and assist with admin tasks to support clinicians and operations.
A friendly, proactive attitude is essential.
