Northern Health is seeking a CDAMS Clinical Nurse Consultant on a fixed term, full time basis.
The role will operate across CDAMS and GEM clinics within Melbourne's northern campuses, providing assessment, education and management strategies for memory impairment and dementia.
Although advertised as full-time, part-time applications will be considered.
Applicants should be a Registered Nurse with specialist experience in community settings and strong cognition/geriatric care skills.
