We work with a range of clients in Melbourne's western suburbs, offering flexible casual, temp-to-perm, and ongoing shift opportunities for truck drivers.
About the Role
We're looking for experienced and reliable Truck Drivers — HR, HC, or MC licensed — to join our pool of drivers, ready to be placed with our transport and warehouse clients across Melbourne's western suburbs (Derrimut, Truganina, Sunshine West, Laverton North, Deer Park, and surrounding areas).
This is a great chance for drivers who want consistent work, flexible shifts, and the chance to build ongoing relationships with reputable local businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate trucks (HR, HC, or MC depending on the role you're placed in) to deliver and collect goods on time and in valuable condition
Conduct pre-start vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
Load and unload freight safely, following manual handling and site safety procedures
Complete accurate delivery documentation, including PODs (proof of delivery) and timesheets
Communicate professionally with warehouse staff, site managers, and customers
Follow all road rules, fatigue management regulations, and workplace health & safety requirements
Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicle




Plan and follow efficient delivery routes, using GPS/navigation tools as required
Working Hours
Casual and temp-to-perm positions available.
Day shift, afternoon shift, and early morning starts depending on client requirements (typically between 5:00am–6:00pm).
Some roles may include overtime or weekend work during peak periods.
Flexibility to accept shifts as they become available is highly regarded, though we do our best to offer regular, ongoing work where possible.
What We're Looking For
Current HR, HC, or MC truck licence (please specify your licence class when applying)
Recent experience driving trucks in a commercial/logistics setting
Sound knowledge of Melbourne roads, particularly the western suburbs
A clean driving record and current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong communication skills and a skilled, reliable attitude
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Physical ability to assist with loading/unloading and manual handling tasks
A genuine, reliable work ethic — punctuality and consistency are essential in this industry
