About the role
The Director of IT Service Delivery and Experiencelead thefoundationaltechnology our communityusesevery day: the modern workplace, devices, and the support behind them.
Our aim is technology so well-considered it is felt but not seen.
Successin this rolelooks like help that arrives fast, feels human, and tools that simply work.
You lead a team of Analysts, Specialists and Modern Workplace Engineers, and deliver through them.
You report to the Chief Information Officer and are the escalation point for theExecutive.
There is realgrowthhappening across Knox Technology Services,including our Microsoft 365 transition, deviceupgradesand a service-management uplift.
Therole works across all our campuses in Wahroonga.

The quality and reliability of day-to-day service across our campuses.
The modern-workplace foundation: Microsoft 365, endpoints, identity, voice,and print, kept current,secureand consistent.
The support experience across walk-in, phone and online, measured on what matters tothe people using it.
Our service-management practice, and the influence to see it applied well beyond your own team.
The growth of your people, with honest development plans for Analysts, Specialists and Engineers.
About you
Althoughyou'recapable andlove solving problems you get results by building a solid team.
Senior leaders trust your advice, you stay calm when things break, and you judge the service by what students, staff and familiesactually experience.
Seven to ten years or more leading IT service delivery, modernworkplaceor end-user computing across multiple sites.
A record of lifting user experience and adoption, not just meeting service levels.
Strong command of service management, from incidents and change through to program delivery.
The technical depth to solve hard problems yourself, and the judgement to escalation well.
A relevant degree.
ITIL or similar certification is well regarded.
