Black Star Pastry is seeking a Bar Supervisor for our Newtown After Dark concept. You will lead the service, set the atmosphere and oversee the transition from day to night, ensuring cocktails and desserts meet the brand's high standards.
You'll manage a premium hospitality team, coach staff, coordinate stock and opening/closing procedures, and work closely with the Store Manager and daytime team to grow the concept.
