This is an opportunity to join an established Australian-owned consumer products business entering an exciting phase of growth.With investment across new product development, retail expansion, media partnerships and brand evolution, the business is looking for a commercially minded Head of Marketing to help shape its next chapter.
This is a genuine all-rounder role, taking ownership of the marketing function from strategy and creative direction through to execution and delivery.You'llhave the autonomy to influence the direction of the brand whileremaininghands-on in bringing ideas to life. Thisisn'ta corporate environment with layers of marketing support.We'relooking for someone who enjoys building,creatingand doing-someone equally comfortable discussing commercial strategy with the CEO as they are rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.

You'rea commercially minded marketer who enjoys owning the whole picture.You'vesuccessfully built premium consumer brands and are just as comfortable developing strategy as you are executing it. Youdon'tsee leadership as stepping away from the detail-in fact,that'swhere you thrive.Your background will come from premium brands within FMCG, lifestyle, apparel, beauty,wellnessor another premium consumer category, whereyou'vetaken ideas from concept through to market. You understand how to balance creativity with commercial outcomes and can move seamlessly across brand, retail, digital, trade marketing, partnerships,agenciesand product launches.You'reproactive,resourcefuland energised by environments where you can make decisions quickly, wear multiple hats and see the direct impact of your work.
