Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT is seeking a Quality Care System Manager on a 6-month maternity cover, travelling to NSW facilities. Reporting to the Clinical Governance Manager, this role leads quality improvement and ensures regulatory compliance across aged care services.
You will drive continuous improvement, oversee audits, and engage with regional managers to deliver high standards of care for residents and clients while supporting staff development.
