Uniting is seeking a Team Leader to guide a small team of Orange Door Practitioners in a matrix supervision model.
You will support, develop and mentor the team to deliver a high-quality referral service to people accessing the Orange Door for support.
You will work across an integrated service system to maintain relationships with partner organisations and key agencies, while focusing on strategic planning, governance, budget management and effective service delivery.
