Your role
You will coach clients, create tailored programs and deliver a consistently high standard of service.
Outside of sessions, you will engage with members, generate conversations, follow up leads and establish yourself as a recognised coach within the club.
We will give you the systems and support, but your attitude, consistency and ability to build relationships will drive your results.
What you will bring
Certificate III and IV in Fitness, or current enrolment
First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain them
Energy, professionalism and strong people skills
A genuine commitment to client results
A business-owner mindset and willingness to take action
