We're looking for someone new to join our team. We roast, we bake, we train, we make. We're baristas, mentors, and social change-makers. At STREAT, you'll have the opportunity to pass your skills on to young people who have experienced difficulties entering the workforce. You'll be working with a range of friendly and passionate people who take pride in their work and have fun doing it.

Interested in sharing your industry experience in customer service and speciality coffee with our trainees in a supportive environment
Respectful of diversity with an inclusive attitude, in line with STREAT's values
Embraces the opportunity to proudly represent the best of yourself and our brand
What's the role look like?
Shifts at 2-3 different cafes per week, in the CBD,

***** hours on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday - weekends off

Assist cafe managers in facilitating our cafe training programs for young people
Fulfill day-to-day operational tasks of a quick-service takeaway coffee venue: customer service, making great coffee, running drinks and clearing tables, basic food prep, cleaning
Staff training and social events
Salary packaging available to all staff

Minimum of 1 year speciality coffee experience
Able to consistently brew coffee to recipe and serve well-presented coffees throughout the day
