Property Manager | Essendon Area | Up to $85,000 + Bonuses | 1 Day WFH

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Property management role with a range of tasks, including administrative duties, marketing, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination.
Process property listings, organize and coordinate marketing materials, and ensure properties are advertised effectively.
Handle document management, ensuring proper filing and storage of property-related documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Oversee day-to-day diary management, ensuring the team's schedule is well-organized
Provide ongoing support to the property management team
Perform other tasks as required,



contributing to the smooth operation of the property management department.
EXPERIENCE:
Prior PM portfolio experience needed
Must have a real estate license
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with ease
