Bupa Bateau Bay is seeking a Lifestyle & Wellbeing Coordinator to lead a vibrant, resident-led lifestyle program that supports connection, purpose and wellbeing. You will create meaningful engagement 1:1 and in groups, tailored to residents' interests and routines.
You'll supervise the Wellbeing Carer team, coordinate volunteers and community links, and contribute to events, newsletters and family communications while documenting assessments and outcomes.
