About the Role
NCN Health is seeking motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurses – Level 2 to join our Aged Care teams across Cobram, Numurkah and Nathalia campuses. Working under the direction and supervision of the Team Leader/Registered Nurse, you will provide person-centred care that promotes the independence, dignity and wellbeing of residents. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with professional standards, organisational policies and evidence-based practice while contributing to a secure, supportive and collaborative team environment.
About You
Vaccination against Covid-19 (recommended)
Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Previous experience of working in Residential Aged Care and demonstrated knowledge of a residential aged care process
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
