The SESLHD Mental Health Service is a specialised clinical service, providing care to a local population of over 930,000 residents in the Sydney metropolitan area. We provide care within both hospital and community settings to support people living with mental illness at times when acute intervention is needed, or to remain well in their community and lead their own recovery.

Eastern Suburbs Mental Health Service is seeking a motivated Executive Administration Officer (Admin Officer Level 5) to provide high-level executive and administrative support in a fast-paced mental health environment.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or postgraduate students (e.g. Health Management, Administration or similar) seeking exposure to executive operations and health service management within a large, complex organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior management
Coordinate correspondence, briefs, agendas, minutes and reports
Manage diaries, meetings, travel and competing priorities
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across SESLHD and NSW Health
Maintain records and systems in line with NSW Health requirements
About You
You are organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence working with senior stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A collaborative and adaptable approach
Current or recent study in a relevant discipline (e.g.



Health Management, Health Administration or Business) is highly desirable.

You will be based at Euroa Centre, ESMHS, located on The Prince of Wales Hospital campus, Randwick.
