About The Role
Reporting to the National WHS Manager, this role focuses on driving HSEQ compliance, governance and audit readiness across the business.
You will be responsible for maintaining our Integrated Management System (IMS), coordinating ISO audits, and supporting WHS risk management and return-to-work processes, ensuring COS meets all legal and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO *****, ISO ***** and ISO **** standards
Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, including ISO certification and compliance activities
Monitor and manage incident reporting systems, ensuring timely investigation and corrective actions
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and support HSEQ planning across warehouse and logistics operations
Support Return-to-Work (RTW) and injury management processes across the business
Provide practical WHS advice to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legislation and COS standards
Analyse safety data and trends to identify risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to embedding a strong safety-first culture across all business functions
About You
Experience in a compliance, WHS or IMS-related role
Strong understanding/exposure to ISO standards (ISO *****, ISO *****, ISO ****)
Experience within warehousing, logistics or distribution environments
Proven ability to coordinate audits, manage compliance frameworks and implement corrective actions




Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
