Longreach Recruitment is partnering with two boutique builders in Perth to appoint a Senior Estimator for luxury residential homes and townhouse developments. You'll own the estimating function from concept through construction, with projects ranging from $1M to $5M+, and a explicit path into an Estimating Manager role as the business grows.
Based in Balcatta or Wembley, you'll prepare take-offs, BOQs and tender submissions, review drawings and specifications, and drive system improvements.
