Role Overview
The Brand Partnerships Producer will drive the execution and delivery of market‐leading video, graphic, and social integration solutions for clients.
You will strategize and implement end‐to‐end sponsored video production and workflow management, sourcing props, locations, and resources as needed.
Main Responsibilities
Oversee production of all commercialised video content published by Finder to meet partner content objectives.
Collaborate with Finder's creative agency to support the production of sponsored Above‐The‐Line campaign delivery and, when required, produce these from scratch.
Facilitate creative and sellable concepts to support partner brainstorms with niche and topic experts.
Manage end‐to‐end production timelines across video and graphics.
Brief internal talent for on‐camera work.
Approve scripts and manage pre‐production.




Maintain a thorough briefing process to ensure all production details are captured from the outset.
Work closely with the Brand Partnerships team on video timelines, feedback loops, and approvals to meet live dates.
Publish approved sponsored videos and graphics to social platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).
Use project‐management software such as Jira.
Produce B2B marketing material (hype‐reels, deck templates, monthly round‐up videos for LinkedIn).
Produce video content to a high standard using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
Operate as a solo producer—shooting, lighting, sound, editing, and graphics creation.
Archive all finished work on the network drive and store raw footage.
Maintain company‐owned video equipment.
Essential Requirements

Preferred but not essential: Comfortable using generative AI tools to create unique client‐facing videos (e.g., Google Nano Banana Pro, Google VO, Kling, Topaz Labs, ElevenLabs, Claude).
