We are searching for a Club Manager for our beautiful Club at Crestmead!
This is an excellent opportunity for the right person, with commencement ASAP!
As the Club Manager, you'll be the heart of our gym - creating a welcoming environment and driving the success of the business.
You will enjoy working in a health club environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality and genuinely care about changing people's lives!
We are looking for:
A agile, outgoing personality who can lead, inspire and motivate a teamPrevious Management, Supervisory or Team Lead experience - ideally in hospitality, retail or the fitness industryPassionate about health and fitness and maintaining high standards of club cleanliness and safety - you do not need to be an athlete!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhile sales experience is a plus, it's not essential - we hire for great attitude, and we are so happy to provide extensive training to those who have it!
Current (or willing to obtain) First Aid and CPR Certificate, Blue Card
Key tasks:
Drive the growth of the club's membership base through a proactive sales approach and community outreachDevelop and maintain a high-performing team that delivers exceptional member servicePromote a positive, inclusive club culture that aligns with the Anytime Fitness brandEnsure the club meets its financial objectives and maintains operational efficiencyPlan and implement marketing strategies to continuously attract new members
