Village Cinemas in Geelong is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to lead our team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience from entry to exit.
You will report to the site leadership team and drive service standards across front-of-house operations.The role involves training staff on service steps, maintaining venue presentation, handling cash and POS duties, and responding to guest needs with professionalism and warmth.
Evening and weekend shifts are required.
