Job Description
We're seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist who's excited about making a difference in the lives of older adults.
In this role you'll deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions in aged‐care settings, working to maintain and improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence of clients.
Assess, plan and implement physiotherapy programs for older adults in residential/community aged‐care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, occupational therapy and podiatry
Monitor client progress and adapt interventions accordingly
Promote best‐practice aged‐care therapy and support accreditation requirements
Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions
About the Candidate
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years preferred; recent graduates are welcome if passionate about aged care.
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and current general AHPRA registration




At least 2 years' relevant experience – preferably in aged care or allied health settings
New graduates who are enthusiastic about aged‐care are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal aptitude and a genuine interest in elderly wellbeing
Willingness to work Monday to Friday, and uphold high standards of therapy service delivery
