The responsibilities of the Store Manager include:Leading and managing all aspects of the store's operations to ensure an exceptional customer experienceDeveloping strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitabilityRecruiting, training, and supervising staff to deliver outstanding service and drive sales performanceMaintaining high standards of visual merchandising and ensuring the store's presentation is in line with brand guidelinesManaging inventory levels and conducting regular stock takes to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess stockEnsuring compliance with company policies, procedures,
