About the roleOur busy Medical Centre is open Weekdays from 7am to 6 pm and 8am to 1 pm Weekends and Public Holidays.
We are looking for a hard working, friendly Receptionist to join our Team in Deeragun on a part-time basis.
This role is crucial to providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth running of our practice.
Candidates must be available to work all shifts at the above opening hours.What you'll be doingGreeting patients with a warm and welcoming attitude upon their arrivalHandling enquiries, booking appointments, and managing patient recordsProviding general administrative support to the clinical teamMaintaining a tidy and organised reception areaAdhering to all relevant practice policies and proceduresWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally in a healthcare or medical settingStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and the clinical teamExcellent organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritiesProficient in using computer systems and software,
