There also exists a great pathway opportunity to progress your career, where you will be fully encouraged and supportedDUTIESAssess and prepare building permit documentation for class 1 & 10 and 2-9 projects for review;Attend site inspections with RBS;Liaise both verbal and written with all stakeholders;Provide technical assistance to clients, as required;Carry out relevant building permit administration duties;Inspection booking co-ordination.Qualification / Skills:Demonstrated experience in a similar role (residential and commercial) - Min. 2 year's experience preferred;Completion of relevant Diploma,



Advanced Diploma or Degree qualification;Sound knowledge of current Victorian Building Act, Standards and Regulations (BCA/NCC)Computer literateExcellent written skillsConfident communication skills and client engagementDedicated to high level customer serviceHigh level attention to detail and accuracy is essentialOrganised with the ability to self-manage to meet required deadlines within a rapid-paced environmentDedicated to growing the business name and reputationEnthusiasm and motivation to grow professionallyCurrent and valid driver's licenceTHE COMPANYKnown and trusted as the experts, our client leads the way in building surveying across Melbourne and Victoria.
