Allura Cafe is seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team at our new cafe location in Truganina, VIC ****.
This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to be part of an emerging hospitality business from the ground up.
As a Barista, you will be the face of our cafe, delivering exceptional customer service whilst crafting high-quality coffee that keeps our customers coming back.
Your role is crucial in establishing Allura Cafe as a premier destination in the Truganina community.What you'll be doingPreparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, with precision and consistencyOperating and maintaining espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment to the highest standardsCollaborating with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations during peak and quiet periodsWhat we're looking forProven barista experience, minimum 1-2 years in a barista roleStrong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods and coffee artExcellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clienteleProficiency in operating espresso machines and other cafe equipmentAbility to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periodsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility with working hours,
