You will provide individualised care tailored to the needs of each client and their families.We are offering apermanent part time opportunity for a reliable and flexible Home Care Employee, with 30 hours per fortnight minimum across a variety of shift and be able to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week (Mondays- Wednesdays) .
Weekend availability is also highly required.
