Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days, 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) | On-call required (up to 4 call shifts per 4-week period) | Up to one weekend shift per 4-week period | Holiday work required
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform scrub and circulator roles across a broad range of surgical specialties including Trauma, Transplant, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics
Deliver direct patient care within a high-volume, Level I Trauma Center and Magnet-designated operating room environment
Utilize EPIC for clinical documentation and charting throughout all phases of surgical care
Float within scope to meet facility needs across like units as required
Participate in on-call coverage and respond to emergency surgical needs as assigned
Contribute to emergency response team activities during hurricane season (June through November) as required
Required QualificationsActive South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact RN license (SC license must be active prior to start)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Radiation badge compliance (provided by agency)
Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN experience strongly preferred; first-time travelers considered
Experience within a Level I Trauma Center environment
Preferred Experience / SkillsScrub experience in the operating room setting
Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
Experience in a Magnet-designated or academic teaching facility
