Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop Branches Managers to achieve sales, margin and profitability targetsImplement business plans and drive operational improvements across all branchesAnalyse branch and management performance, identify underperformance and implement corrective actionsBuild strong customer relationships, ensuring service levels exceed expectationsWork with branch managers across recruitment, training, performance management and team developmentConduct branch reviews and manage budgets, reporting, pricing reviews, stocktakes and administrative processes
About you
Strong experience in multi-site leadership within automotive, trade,



industrial or similar environmentsProven ability to analyse and deliver financial results across a multi-site operationsStrong commercial acumen with a focus on margin, profitability and operational disciplineDynamic communication skills with a hands-on leadership style and the ability to influence and motivate teamsHigh level of initiative, urgency and accountability
