Our Talent Partners provide human, reliable support from day one.The Role & About YouWe need independent, qualified professionals who can confidently walk into a new kitchen, take complete operational control, and hit the ground running from day one.Your Responsibilities:Take Immediate Ownership: Manage daily operations, workflow, meal planning, and clean-down completely independently.Meal Preparation: Prepare up to 3 fresh, nutritious,



and appealing meals daily for varying group sizes.Dietary Precision: Manage complex dietary requirements, allergen matrixes, and cultural preferences with absolute accuracy.Compliance & Safety: Maintain impeccable food safety, hygiene, and strict regulatory kitchen documentation.What You Bring:Experience: A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) with a proven track record in commercial, hospitality, or institutional kitchens.
You must have a demonstrated ability to assess a new kitchen quickly and run the space independently.Training & Compliance: A current Safe Food Handling Certificate (or Food Safety Supervisor qualification), alongside completed Child Protection and Foundations of Child Safety Training ( free online traning)Requirements: A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and valid Australian work rights.Reliability: Available for at least 2 shifts per week, reliable at short notice, and willing to travel within MelbourneRandstad Education is committed to the safety of children and maintains a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of child abuse or neglect.
