Senza Health Club is a brand-new premium health club opening in Dromana this August.

We're looking for an exceptional Founding Club Manager to help bring that vision to life.

This isn't a role where you'll simply manage an existing club.
As our Founding Club Manager, you'll help shape the culture, member experience and day-to-day operations of Senza.
Working alongside the founders to create a club that people genuinely love being part of.
About the role
As Founding Club Manager, you'll:
Lead the day-to-day operation of the club.
Deliver an exceptional member experience from first enquiry through to long-term membership.
Recruit, support and develop a passionate team.
Build relationships within the local community.
Ensure the club always reflects the premium standards of the Senza brand.
Help drive membership growth, retention and community engagement.
Work closely with the founders as the business continues to grow.

One of the unique benefits of this role is the opportunity to continue training clients.
Unlike many clubs, you'll retain 100% of the income you generate from your own PT clients while enjoying the security of a full-time leadership position.
About you
You'll be someone who:
Leads with positivity and integrity.
Has a passion for health, fitness and wellness.
Takes ownership and enjoys solving problems.
Maintains high standards and leads by example.
Previous leadership experience within the fitness industry and Certificate III and IV in Fitness is highly regarded, but attitude, professionalism and genuine care for people are just as important.
Current First Aid and CPR certification is required.
