About the work unit / facility:
The Neonatal Unit delivers level 6 tertiary neonatal care and speacialist services fro newborn infants across North Queensland.
As the only tertiary neonatal service outside South East Queensland, the unit coordinates the Advanced Neonatal Transport Service - North Queensland (ANTS-NQ), providing speacialist retrieval, and transport for criticall ill newborns.

Competitive salary and benefits:
Salary range: $139,951 to $151,949 p.a. (NG7)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
*****% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity:
As the Clinical Nurse Consultant - Neonatal Retrievals, you will provide strategic clinical leadership and advanced neonatal expertise to deliver specialised retrieval services for criitically ill newborns across North Queensland.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) and proof of registration (AHPRA)
Class C driver's licence.
Participation in an on-call roster.
Travel is required.
This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease risk role.
Probation period may apply.
