You'll lead Rehabilitation Case Management, conduct Functional & Worksite Assessments, and collaborate with employers to create positive outcomes.
Base locations include Sutherland, Blacktown or CBD.
The role offers ongoing CPD support, mentoring, and a team‐oriented culture with tech gear provided for field work.
