Levande is seeking a Contracts Specialist – Conveyancing to manage end-to-end contracts for residents entering and exiting our retirement communities.
You will prepare contracts, estimate entitlements, calculate refunds and oversee settlements, coordinating payouts and lodgements.
Working with Legal, Finance, Sales and Village Operations, you will ensure accuracy, compliance and excellent resident service while supporting process improvements.
