Limelight People are recruiting Mental Health Clinicians to join the 26 Years+ Community Mental Health Program in Victoria. The role delivers recovery-focused care to adults with mental health challenges, within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
You will conduct clinical assessments, safety planning and evidence-based interventions across community and bed-based settings, collaborating with consumers, carers and services to promote wellbeing and continuity of care.
