Nexus Global in Double Bay, Sydney, is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to run the day-to-day of our clinic, from client experience to practitioner coordination and invoicing. You'll own records, systems and workflows with direct access to leadership as we scale.
You'll coordinate doctors, pharmacies and pathology, manage invoices and basic bookkeeping, and help implement practice management and CRM tools. Solid communication and discretion are essential.
