What You'll Be Doing
Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding customer service
Drive sales performance, manage budgets, and deliver on profitability targets
Plan and allocate work to maximise productivity and efficiency
Mentor, coach, and develop technicians, apprentices, and support staff
Manage recruitment, training, and performance across your team
Maintain high safety standards and ensure full compliance with policies and legislation
Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers through trust and transparency
Oversee workshop quality control, customer satisfaction, and audit performance
What You Bring
Certificate III in Light Vehicle Automotive Technology(or equivalent)
Valid driver's licenceand relevant state-based repair certification
Proven experience instore or workshop management(2–3 years preferred)
Strongleadership, sales, and customer serviceskills
Ability to analyse store performance data (P&L;, KPIs, productivity metrics)
Mechanical and tyre knowledge across a range of vehicles (highly regarded)
A commitment tosafety, quality, and continuous improvement
