The Role:
Lease sign ups
Preparing lease packs
Routine Inspections
Conducting open for inspections
Supporting the property management team

Ad hoc administration duties
The Candidate:
Previous Real Estate Leasing experience is preferred
A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License with a reliable car
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal
Must have a can-do attitude & a strong passion for Real Estate!
