The Australian Taxation Office is seeking a Litigation Officer to join the Litigation and Legal Services team. You will undertake less complex litigation under supervision, conduct legal research, and prepare briefs to counsel for tax, debt recovery and administrative law matters.
You will draft court documents and correspondence, manage case timeframes, and contribute to dispute resolution and advocacy, including appearances in hearings for straightforward matters.
