Bendigo Health is seeking a Safer Together Program Improvement Lead to drive quality and safety across the Loddon Mallee region. The role delivers regional improvement initiatives, coaches clinical teams, and uses data to inform sustainable care improvements.
Reporting to the STP Coordinator, you will lead team-oriented projects, promote spread of successful initiatives, and work with health services, Safer Care Victoria, consumers and stakeholders to achieve person-centred care.
